By Cash 4 You Live Editorial & Consumer Advocacy Board
Review the complete Cash4ULive Terms of Service Agreement. Understand our non-lender referral role, E-SIGN consent, FCRA credit authorizations, dispute resolution, and arbitration rules.

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Borrower," or "Applicant") and Cash4ULive ("Platform," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing our website, completing an online loan inquiry, or utilizing any of our financial referral services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms, disclosures, and conditions set forth herein.

1. Nature of the Service: Loan Referral Marketplace Disclosures

Cash4ULive is an independent online loan referral marketplace and financial technology service provider. We are not a direct lender, depository bank, financial institution, or credit card issuer. We do not make credit decisions, issue loan approvals, establish contractual interest rates or Annual Percentage Rates (APR), or fund loan proceeds directly.

Our service provides an automated matching platform that connects consumers seeking emergency personal credit with an extensive network of participating state-licensed direct lenders, credit counseling agencies, and alternative financial service providers. Submitting an inquiry through Cash4ULive does not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, that a lender will approve your credit request, or that any loan offer extended will meet your specific requested terms.

Regulatory Transparency Mandate: Cash4ULive does not act as an agent or representative of any borrower or direct lender. We do not charge consumers any fee for utilizing our inquiry and referral matching services. Network lenders compensate Cash4ULive directly for referral and marketing services upon qualified inquiry submission or loan origination.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Marketplace Users

To access our platform and submit a valid loan referral inquiry, you must satisfy the following minimum legal and financial eligibility criteria:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your state of residence.
  • Jurisdictional Residency: You must be a legal resident of the United States residing in a state where our referral services and network lenders are authorized to operate. Our services are void where prohibited by state usury or licensing law.
  • Recurring Verifiable Income: You must have a regular, recurring source of verifiable income of at least $1,000 per month, whether from employment, self-employment, or regular government entitlement benefits (such as Social Security, SSI, or pension payments).
  • Active Depository Account: You must maintain an active consumer checking account in your legal name at a federally insured bank or credit union.
  • Accuracy of Information: You certify that all information provided during the inquiry process is truthful, complete, and accurate. Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information constitutes a violation of this Agreement and may subject you to civil and criminal liability under state and federal law.

When you submit an inquiry through Cash4ULive, you grant Us and our participating lenders explicit authorization under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.) to access and review your consumer credit data and transaction history for the purpose of evaluating your creditworthiness:

  1. Soft Credit Pre-Qualification: Initial network matching involves soft inquiries that do not negatively impact your primary FICO score reported by the nationwide credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion).
  2. Specialized Credit Reporting Agencies: Participating lenders may verify your identity and prior loan history using alternative consumer reporting agencies, such as Clarity Services, Teletrack, or FactorTrust.
  3. Instant Bank Verification (IBV): Matched lenders may request your authorization to establish a read-only electronic connection to your checking account via third-party financial aggregators (e.g., Plaid, Finicity) to verify direct deposit payroll amounts and average account balances.
